Ownership. The Voxel Prep website and application, including its software (source and object code), design, layout, text, question bank, scoring rubrics, feedback templates, model answers, AI prompts and configurations, graphics, logos, audio and video, and the selection and arrangement of all of these (together, the "Voxel Prep Materials"), are owned by or licensed to Voxel Prep and are protected by copyright and trademark law and international copyright treaties. All rights are reserved.
Permitted use. You may use Voxel Prep for your own personal, non-commercial interview practice, and you may save or print your own transcripts, scores and feedback for your personal use.
Not permitted without our prior written permission. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, license or create derivative works from any Voxel Prep Materials; scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract questions, rubrics, feedback or model answers, by hand or by automated means; reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover the source code, prompts or scoring logic, except to the extent the law expressly allows despite this restriction; use Voxel Prep Materials or outputs to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model or to build a competing product; or remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notice.
Your content. You keep ownership of the recordings and transcripts you create. Our licence to process them is set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Trademarks. Voxel Prep and the Voxel Prep logo are trademarks of Voxel Prep. Other names, including OMSAS, OUAC, CaRMS, AAMC, Acuity Insights, CASPer and the names of medical schools, belong to their owners. We use them only to identify what applicants prepare for. Voxel Prep is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Reporting infringement. If you believe Voxel Prep Materials are being copied, or that content on Voxel Prep infringes your copyright, email prepvoxel@gmail.com with: a description of the work; the exact web address where it appears; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We review reports promptly and may remove content or close accounts of repeat infringers.
